New Years' Eve 2012

BRITAIN DOES VARIETY

Have been put through to the regional finals of Britain Does Variety. This is a SKY TV version of Britains' Got Talent. The difference beeing that the acts taking part must have been registered with an entertainment agency and bee workiing as an act. So, only valid acts will be on stage.

Regional final is Saturday 21st April at Leeds City Varieties. Tickets are £10 and the show is approx 2.5hours. All support appreciated.

After a fantastic New Years' Eve for 2011 at the Flying Ferret, Huddersfield, I have already been booked for 2012.

Peter Pan - The Musical

This was great fun. I was approached by David Fleeshman to take the part of one of the principal pirates for this musical version of the J J Barrie story. Working alongside Brian Capron (Grange Hill, Coronation Street) and John Henshaw (Born and Bred) was great fun.

Training

As well as vocal coaches who have worked with some of the biggest names in opera, I was coached by Ian Adam, vocal coach to such stars as Michael Crawford, Michael Ball, Jeremy Irons, Twiggy and Sarah Brightman.

Night Of Stars

After performing at the Silver Wedding Anniversary of Sue Jenkins & David Fleeshman, I was asked to perform at the Night Of Stars concert at the Manchester Palace Theatre. The concert starred celebrities from Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Brookside, Heartbeat & Where THe Heart Is.

TV EXTRA

I spent a short time as a TV extra, which was an experience.

The list of programmes include Emerdale, Where THe Heart Is, The Royal, No Angels, Fat Friends, Ghost Squad, Dead Clever and the dramatic BBC production of North & South.
